What Affects Sod Installation Cost in Jacksonville

The owner visits your property to assess the work and sends the estimate by text. The price per pallet, number of pallets and total are filled in for your job. A generic online figure cannot provide that quote.

What Jax Sod's estimate includes

The work described in the estimate is:

• Spray and kill weeds.
• Remove old grass and weeds with a sod cutter.
• Haul the removed material to the dump.
• Install new sod.

The quoted price includes sod, labor, dump fee, taxes and delivery. Any additional work your property needs should be discussed during the estimate.

Payment

A 50% deposit is required when you accept the job. The remaining 50% is due upon completion. Payment can be made in cash, by Zelle, or by check payable to Brice Wilkinson.
