When you contact Jax Sod, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, and property address for the purpose of providing sod installation estimates and services.

We use service providers to host the website, process AI questions, store estimate requests, and deliver business notifications. Information needed for those functions is sent to those providers. We do not sell customer contact information.
The lawn assistant uses an AI model through OpenRouter. Messages you send in the conversation, including any name, phone number, property address or project details you share, are sent to that service and its model provider to generate a response. When you ask for an installation estimate or agree to be contacted, the chat collects your request details and sends them to our lead-processing services so Jax Sod can follow up. You can also call or text us directly. Please share only information needed for your lawn question or estimate.
We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand website use. Google Analytics can use cookies and device/browser information. We measure actions such as call and text clicks, tool use, and acknowledged estimate submissions. Our custom event fields do not include your name, phone number, address, project notes or chat messages. Following a retailer or Google profile link takes you to a separate service with its own practices.
Our Yard Gear pages contain Amazon affiliate links. These links include an identifier that lets Amazon attribute eligible purchases to Jax Sod. When you follow a link, Amazon may use cookies and other technologies under its own privacy notice.
