Jax Sod does not offer a sod warranty. Sod is a living, perishable product. In extreme heat, it can die within a day if it is not watered properly.
Make sure your irrigation works before installation and follow the watering and mowing instructions provided for your lawn. Tell your spray company not to fertilize for at least 30 days.
Your estimate describes the work and price for your property. It does not include a sod survival guarantee, a warranty period or free replacement coverage.
